What to expect
- A thorough review of your medical and dental health history.
 - An evaluation of your oral cavity & conditions.
 - An explanation of your condition diagnosed.
 - Explaining various treatment options.
 - An oral cancer screen.
 
What to bring
- Your referral slip (if available) and any recent x-rays (less than one year old) if necessary
 - A list of medications (including dosages) you are currently taking
 - If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary information (insurance company name, policy, and identification number)
 
X-rays may be required for your first appointment to help properly diagnosis your condition. Current x-rays are essential and a standard if care for the detection of decay, periodontal bone loss, tumors, cysts, and even tartar. If your dentist has x-rays on file, you may request that they be forwarded to our office, or bring them with you to your first appointment. If additional x-rays are required, they will be taken in our office and copies will be forwarded to your dentist, along with a progress report for their records.
All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
